Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods (such as product drops, promotions, or holidays), processing times may extend slightly.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Limited Drops & Preorders
For limited releases and preorder items, processing times may be extended. These items will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has left our facility.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
